Flexibility and adaptability are key in my approach, as I work to adjust and find the right treatment plan and strategies tailored to you. I specialize in supporting individuals dealing with ADHD, anxiety, autism spectrum support, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, military and veteran support, PTSD, stress, and trauma.
