What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy begins with assessment, goal setting, and stabilization to support nervous system regulation and safety. As trust builds, we may use EMDR therapy, attachment-based work, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to address trauma, relationship patterns, or emotional distress. Treatment is individualized, consent-based, and paced to support lasting change.
