I have a deep passion for helping people help themselves while reaching obtainable goals for healthy living. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Fordham University and a Bachelor's degree from Western Connecticut State University.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due.
