I also work with couples who feel distant from each other, caught in frustrating cycles, or unsure how to bridge the gap between you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I bring an inquisitive and calm presence to our work, with a playful directness that makes room for painful emotions. My approach is grounded in relational and attachment theory - we'll explore how early experiences influence your relationships now and the patterns that keep showing up. I also integrate the mind-body connection and existential thinking.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe in people's capacity for change, even in the midst of suffering. Together, we can deepen your relationships, articulate your fears and wants, and build a framework for understanding yourself and your life. I welcome questions about therapy and offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we're a good fit.
