I bring over 35 years of experience and my passion to help others. My approach to therapy is trauma informed, compassionate, and individualized to my client's unique needs. I use Cognitive Behavioral therapy, and a variety of other therapeutic modalities to help my clients. In our first session you can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgement free space where we begin to get to know each other. We will talk about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. We will take it one step at a time, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
