With 25 years of experience as a therapist, I am dedicated to helping adults navigate life's challenges and transitions. As a therapist, I work to help my clients see new directions and find answers that they may know but do not readily see right before them. I have a passion for supporting individuals through the various stages of their lives. In my private practice, I specialize in working with individuals facing ADHD, anxiety, depression, family and intimate relationships, grief and bereavement, life transitions, multicultural and diversity issues, spirituality, stress, suicidal ideation and self-harming behaviors, and trauma. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive space for all my clients. I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of issues from grief, divorce, relationships, and trauma in couples therapy. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in your life. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I am here to support you every step of the way. Outside of my professional life, I am the proud pet owner of two Chiweenies who bring joy and energy to my off time. I also enjoy the thrill of zip-lining and the adventure of four-wheeling, which keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of balance and self-care.
