Hi! I am a licensed mental health counselor in both North Carolina and Florida. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Montreat College. I do mostly telehealth and also offer in-person sessions for folks in the WNC area. I have been a therapist for 6 years. I am certified in EMDR and love to help other therapists hone their EMDR skills, which in turn helps me to be a better EMDR therapist. The therapeutic space I share with clients is a sacred space. I attend trainings that I believe help to create that sacred space. I also really love to use humor if and when it is possible, as I do believe laughter can be healing and connective.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
