Lorna really helped me work through years of unresolved trauma in a space that felt safe, respectful, and affirming. As a Black woman, it was so important for me to have a therapist who understood the cultural context I was bringing into the room. I’m finally starting to feel like myself again. I can’t recommend her enough.
Lorna is amazing. She’s warm and professional, and she doesn’t sugarcoat things—which I appreciate. I didn’t give five stars only because sometimes it was hard to get an appointment with her (she’s in high demand!), but the sessions themselves were worth the wait.
I’ve seen a few therapists over the years, but Lorna stands out. She gets it. She helped me work through burnout and anxiety in a way that was honest and sustainable.
For me it’s not always easy to open up about emotions, but Lorna created an environment where I felt genuinely heard and validated. She challenged me in ways I needed but always with compassion. I've referred three friends to her already.
I was nervous about starting therapy, but working with her has been life-changing. She's grounded, insightful, and patient. Her ability to connect dots that I couldn’t see has really helped me grow as a father, husband, and man of faith. The fact that she integrates Christian counseling into our sessions made all the difference—it helped me reconnect with both my mental health and my spiritual walk.
What sets Lorna apart is her ability to blend faith and psychology seamlessly. Her Christian counseling approach made me feel deeply understood both spiritually and emotionally. I came to her during a season of grief, and with her guidance, I’ve been able to find peace again. She’s truly a gift.
