Building a relationship is the core foundation for long lasting change in the therapeutic work. It is important to me that no matter my client's struggles, they feel safe in working with me. I work with clients dealing with many different kinds of struggles from anxiety, depression, family issues, divorce/separation, addiction, parenting struggles, and relationship issues. I have also worked with many clients around building self-esteem and self-love. I come from a very relational approach. I believe in authentic and genuine connection with my clients to help them in their journey of growth and change. In the therapeutic relationship, it is very important for them to feel safe and heard in their sessions with me. I mostly use Family Systems, Person-Center, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused and CBT. Reaching out for help is the first step in achieving your goals. I am hoping to be a part of helping you find a more satisfied, healthier lifestyle that works for you. I look forward to being a part of that journey for you.
