Lynn has experience working with adolescents and adults facing a variety of mental health and life challenges. She believes in resiliency and the capacity for change in everyone. Lynn creates an open, non-judgmental therapeutic environment, utilizing a personalized, strengths-based approach for each client. Though sessions are largely rooted in traditional therapeutic foundations such as CBT, solution-focused therapy, and psychoeducation, Lynn also values creative techniques. These include mindfulness strategies, writing, art, and play-based interventions. Lynn's primary areas of practice include the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic medical illness, and trauma. She holds a Master’s in Social Work from Rhode Island College and earned her Bachelor’s degree from Stonehill College.
