She received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. Lynn's therapeutic approach, although eclectic, is greatly influenced by Psychodynamic theory. Each client comes to therapy with different needs and Lynn collaborates with them developing a unique treatment plan. She believes in order to move forward one must look within and to the past to uncover obstacles preventing change. CBT is also used to assist the client in changing negative thought patterns and exposure therapy is also used to overcome the avoidance of situations causing anxiety.
