Getting to know Mallory Martire
Hi, I’m Mallory! I’m a master licensed social worker practicing since 2021, and I’m passionate about helping children, teens, and young adults learn how to navigate difficult feelings and experiences. Most of my practice focuses on anxiety, grief, and depression. My approach is holistic person-centered, and strengths based. I provide primarily cognitive behavior therapy and a mindfulness approach; however, I tailor my interventions to best provide for my clients based on their needs. If the treatment I provide does not seem to be what my client needs, I will always try my best to help them find a better fit. In my eclectic approach, I believe that you are the expert in your life and as your therapist, I will function as a guide and meet you where you are. I am committed to providing inclusive and affirming care for LGBTQA+ individuals. My goal is to create a therapeutic place of safety, trust, and healing for you to improve your well-being. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, my kittens Rambo & Ripley, reading, crocheting, and baking.
