I am a licensed clinical social worker with a Master's in Social Work from the College of Staten Island and over ten years of experience providing therapy to a diverse population. I work with children and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, low self-esteem, and more.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that everyone could benefit from therapy and also understand that everyone's story and experiences are unique. As such, my approach encompasses a broad variety of therapeutic techniques, ranging from traditional talk therapy to motivational interviewing and elements of cognitive behavioral therapy in order to meet my clients where they are.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I aim to provide a safe and supportive space to explore past experiences and current challenges with the goal of working together to create meaningful change.
