*This provider does not accept any Medicaid or Medicare plans* I work with people who are doing their best but feel like life keeps asking for more than they can give. My approach is down-to-earth and compassionate-I show up as a real person who listens deeply and walks beside you through life’s challenges. In our work together, you can expect warmth, understanding, and gentle guidance as you make sense of your experiences and reconnect with what helps you feel grounded and whole. Therapy can be a safe space to pause, reflect, and rediscover your strength. It’s completely okay if starting therapy feels uncertain-taking that first step is often the hardest part. You don’t have to have it all figured out. If you’re looking for a space that feels supportive, genuine, and steady, I’d be honored to meet you where you are and walk alongside you on your journey. I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief and loss, health-related concerns, and other life stressors. My approach is collaborative and supportive, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I focus on your strengths and hopes, using a warm, relational style to help you build insight, resilience, and self-compassion. Together, we’ll create space for authentic growth, healing, and lasting change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with a diverse range of clients, supporting them through experiences like depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief and loss, health-related concerns, and many other life stressors. I approach therapy with warmth, empathy, and genuine care, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I focus on your strengths, hopes, and resilience, creating a safe space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. Together, we’ll nurture insight, self-compassion, and growth, while honoring your journey and creating space for authentic healing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I became a social worker because I’ve always been drawn to helping people and supporting them through life’s challenges. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate difficult moments, and I strive to create a space in our sessions that is safe, genuine, and collaborative. Here, you can show up as you are and begin to make sense of what’s been weighing on you. My goal is to help you feel deeply understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change—at a pace that feels right for you.
