There was a mix up in the communication between the office, myself and Margaret Ingram about my first appointment. I was unable to successfully set up a patient portal on line and decided to clear things up once I arrived at the office for my appointment. I kept getting texts saying my appointment was a go ahead, arrived at the office where there were no staff at the receptionist desk, waited in the empty waiting area for 15 mins, and finally happened to see Margaret, who was on her way out, thinking I wasn't coming from communication hat came to her from the office. Margaret gave me the forms to fill out that I was unable to access from online and after I completed this, she gave me about 10 mins of her time to start our first session. Then it was time for her next client.

Based on my first appointment I really liked the experience! Margaret was very attentive to what I was saying and seems very knowledgeable and well versed in her practice. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with her!
