I am passionate about helping women in the perinatal period navigate the emotional roller coaster and massive shift in identity of new motherhood. What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapeutic approach is person centered - it is about providing a safe judgement free space for you to be your most genuine authentic self. I am here to listen, reflect, and guide you to begin to know and trust your voice. To help you to find and use your inner strengths. I have experience supporting clients through depression, anxiety, trauma processing, and emotional dysregulation.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I take a collaborative, person-centered approach, beginning by getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and identifying the goals that feel most meaningful to you. Sessions are primarily talk therapy, with space to explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences without judgment. Depending on your needs, we may use structured tools such as identifying patterns in thoughts and behaviors, practicing DBT skills for emotional regulation and distress tolerance, developing coping strategies, setting small and achievable goals, or working together to identify strengths and solutions. We may explore concepts such as mindfulness, radical acceptance, and self-compassion. I may also offer reflection questions, between-session practices, or practical skills to try in your everyday life. Throughout our work together, I want therapy to feel both supportive and purposeful—giving you space to be heard while also helping you build skills, understand yourself more deeply, and make meaningful changes.
