“Peg is amazing! I started seeing her several years ago for cPTSD. She listens, advocates and always provides great wisdom. After shopping around for a few different therapists, she was the one that really stuck! ”

    Peg is so helpful!
Peg was and still is my favorite therapist. She taught me meditation techniques that I still use today and I always left her sessions feeling lighter and more at ease. Highly recommend her as a therapist!
Peg is amazing! I started seeing her several years ago for cPTSD. She listens, advocates and always provides great wisdom. After shopping around for a few different therapists, she was the one that really stuck!
Peg was amazing. She was so very compassionate. I greatly appreciated that she met me where I was at and I felt nothing but supported and heard. She helped redefine my understanding of self through meditation. I do not have enough good things to say about Peg and would recommend her to anyone.
I feel like Peg was a perfect fit for me. She helped me through a very difficult time and gave me the tools I needed to make some very big life changes. She was positive, empathetic professional, and had incredible insight into why I was behaving the way I was. I highly recommend her.
I’ve been working with Peg for the last several months following a pregnancy loss. I was deeply depressed and losing hope that it would ever be different. With Peg’s help, I’m beginning to see some light around the edges. I highly recommend this therapist if you are dealing with loss.
Peg was a perfect match for me. I wanted to find a therapist who would guide me through a challenging time in my life. She introduced me to effective techniques that helped. She was kind, smart, and challenged me in all the right ways.
Peg was an excellent counselor who uses a strengths-based approach to empower her clients to reach their potential. She mixes kindness and a calm, tender demeanor with thoughtful advice. She helped me through one of the most difficult times of my life, and because of the work I did with her I can actually refer to it as a growth opportunity and something I learned from rather than just a "bad relationship." I'm better off for having seen her.
I lost my best friend in a dramatic fashion and thought I could cope and work through it on my own. I was failing miserably at it and it wasn't until I reached out to Peg that I really started to process and heal. She was always extremely professional, on time, and fair during our visits. One of the things that i'm most grateful for during my time working with Peg was that I made it clear I would not be considering drugs and she never challenged me on that, instead, she worked with me to create a natural plan to handle my grief and growth. I'm happy to say that because of my time with Peg my life is better now and I've learned how to handle and cope with grief. She taught me how to get back on track and to continue progressing towards the goals I have in life. Bottom line, you will not regret working with her.
