Hello! I’m Margo, a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) with a Master of Social Work (MSW) and over 15 years of experience working with both adults and adolescents, many of whom have experienced abuse, neglect, and relational trauma in their upbringings. I am dedicated to supporting clients navigate their path of healing and discovering their true north after years of misalignment. I am skilled in creating a safe, secure space where clients can explore their experiences, become unafraid to connect with their emotions and begin their journey towards healing and self-discovery. I specialize in supporting individuals with a range of issues, including shame, anxiety, Complex PTSD, and narcissistic abuse. I also work with people with ADHD and Autism from a neurodiversity-affirming lens. My approach utilizes Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Art Therapy and Mindfulness Practices, and Somatic Experiencing. I work well with clients ready to do the deep work, heal from trauma, and establish a sense of secure attachment within themselves.
