What should a new client know about working with you?

I primarily work with adolescents and adults, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy. I have experience supporting clients facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, social anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, addictions, anger management, grief, self-esteem challenges, and relationship issues. I also provide couples counseling to help partners build healthier communication and deeper connection.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe in honoring each client’s unique story, helping them challenge unhelpful patterns, and empowering them to reconnect with their inner strengths as they move forward on their journey toward healing.
