My name is Mariah Lamy, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience with working with adults, teens, and children who are eager to pursue a healthier, happier, and more wholesome life (which you deserve!). Are you experiencing stressful life conflicts, and/or unsatisfied with the quality of your relationships with those who mean the most to you? As a therapist, I prioritize meeting clients where they are at, and providing a non-judgmental safe haven where you can share your story and feel heard and validated. I utilize a variety of modalities during sessions including strengths based, CBT and mindfulness.
