I love helping empower teenagers, college students, and young professionals who struggle with issues such as anxiety, focus, energy, motivation, self-image, and overall health goals. I value a personalized approach and work to ensure clients are very active in their healing process. I incorporate fun interactions while working on serious issues. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern Indiana, which has equipped me with the skills to support young people effectively.
