Hello and welcome. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University. Reaching out to a “stranger” to enter your life is the hard part; my goal is to provide a safe environment where you can explore and enhance your strengths that will empower you to find strategies supporting you through life’s challenges. I focus on allowing you to become the “captain” of your voyage in life and join you in various parts of this journey. There are many times in our lives when, for brief periods, we just need some support and guidance around the challenges we face—whether intrapersonal (within ourselves), interpersonal (with others), or coping with changes that occur during our lifespan. Our goal is to empower your inner resources to live your authentic self in this journey of life. I encourage open communication and connection with those I work with. I utilize various modalities and tailor the experience to each unique individual, couple, or family. It is important that we engage all aspects of our “selves,” including physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
