Welcome to My Counseling Services! Hi! My name is Mariel Jen. Gonzalez, and I've been a mental health therapist in Texas for the past seven years. I earned my Master’s in Counseling and Guidance from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. I've worked with many different populations and really enjoy helping people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other issues. I utilize mindfulness, cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, active listening skills, EMDR, and provide supportive care.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim.
