I’m a licensed clinical social worker and board-approved supervisor with experience helping adolescents, adults, and emerging clinicians navigate growth, stress, burnout, anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions. My practice blends healing-centered care with practical tools to strengthen emotional wellbeing. I am also passionate about clinical supervision and mentorship, including supporting LMSWs as they build confidence, deepen their clinical skills, and work toward independent licensure.

I work with clients to better understand their experiences, patterns, and strengths while identifying practical ways to support emotional wellbeing. Sessions are tailored to your needs and goals, whether that means processing experiences, building coping tools, or strengthening boundaries.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first session is focused on building comfort, trust, and a shared understanding of what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, and any questions you have about the process. Beginning therapy can feel like a big step.
