What should a new client know about working with you?

My style is client-centered, in order to prioritize the client’s voice in how they perceive the problem is significantly impacting their life. My therapy approach is semi-formal interview, with opportunities for in-session cognitive-behavioral activities, depending on what the client needs to process.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The intake session is where I ask the majority of questions for background purposes. The following sessions will be increased opportunities for the client to ask me questions, as well as elaborate on themselves (i.e, what did they do this week, what updates do they have on the problem, etc.).
