Hello, I'm Mary. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over seven years of experience, and I am here to support you on your journey to healing and self-discovery. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Washington University and my Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling from Missouri Baptist University. My clinical experience spans trauma-informed residential care, where I have worked with children, teens, and families facing challenges such as sexual abuse, physical abuse, depression, self-harm, anxiety, anger management, eating disorders, and family trauma. I have had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, and I deeply value the unique stories and strengths each person brings to therapy. My approach is rooted in person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, existential therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and the importance of building strong rapport with my clients.
