A caring, objective listener who can guide the development of coping skills, build inner strength, and provide evidence-based therapy may be the light in the dark you have been seeking! I hold a Master's in Social Work from the State University of New York, Stony Brook, which has equipped me to support clients with compassion and expertise.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is collaborative, compassionate & inclusive. I have extensive training in a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CB-T). I offer short or long-term solution-focused therapy for a variety of life issues. The practice will send you an email to complete intake via Simple Practice. The Intake form must be filled out completely prior to your appointment and a credit card must be provided as per the practice’s cancellation policy (cancellations must be made before 24 hours of the appointment). Also, there are no psychiatrists or other providers who prescribe medications at this practice.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I have more than 20 years experience providing mindful, caring, FUN therapy specifically for those who have anxiety, depression, identity issues, poor self-confidence or other obstacles that interfere with life.
