“I've been working with Mary for quite a few years, both in-person and virtually. She's consistently provided a judgment-free, compassionate space where I truly feel heard and understood. Our sessions have helped me navigate some very tough life events and stressful situations. Mary always encourages me to be the best version of myself and thoughtfully helps me find that version whenever it gets a little lost. Though we mostly engage in talk therapy, I've also done some sessions with EMDR and art, which were incredibly grounding! As a cat lover, I love when her cats make the occasional on-screen appearance. ”

Mary is always attentive, empathetic and above all an excellent clinician. She has a strong commitment to social justice, something I was looking for in a therapist. Occasionally her cat will meander across the televisit screen-works for me!
Can't say enough good things about Dr. McCluskey, her demeanor, professionalism, insights, guidance, and support. My appointments with her are a crucial part of my emotional and mental wellbeing and have helped me immensely in navigating major life changes and challenging personal relationships.
I worked with Mary for two and half years and from our first session, she made me feel comfortable opening up. She helped me understand new ways of looking at things I was going through and provided some amazing tactics of dealing with certain emotions that I still apply to this day. I would highly recommend Mary!
I have been a patient of Mary's both in-person in the late 2000's for several years and virtually from 2020+. She is a consummate professional with a gentle, caring bedside manner, yet also knows the right questions to ask to allow me to dig deeper into my mind & heart. I have seen much trauma in my life and had initially thought that having a good friend and family network was enough. Truth was, I needed objective insights which Mary was able to provide me, all tailored to my personality and how I take in information and process. She also opened my mind to other spiritual ways to open my heart and mind to clearer thinking. I would recommend Mary in a heart beat. I can attribute much of our work together to how I currently thrive day-today.
I would recommend Dr. McCluskey to anyone thinking of entering therapy. She is empathetic, thoughtful, insightful, and extremely knowledgeable. She is someone who has a mixture of great clinical sense and a genuine ability to connect. I am grateful for her ability to meet my vulnerabilities and struggles with compassion and warmth. She doesn’t have a one-size-fits-all approach and has used a range of interventions from her toolbox to help with my specific needs. I feel heard and validated during our sessions. I know the value of our work together because I see the change in myself and my relationships. I feel hopeful and excited about the future because of my time in therapy.
I have been going to this practice for some time now and every experience has been professional and caring. All staff members care for their clients, clients are heard and their care is genuine.
I've been seeing Mary for close to 8 years and I'm really glad I found her. Mary is thoughtful, reliable and warm. She creates a safe and comfortable environment to share and be vulnerable. As my needs in therapy have changed over the years, Mary has noticed, and offered different therapeutic solutions from emdr to art therapy. She also recommends books, meditations and talks to support my growth outside of sessions. Most importantly to me, Mary makes me feel seen and understood, remembering the things I tell her, and giving me a new or clearer perspective.
