MaryAnn uses various mindfulness and body-awareness techniques to assist clients with decreasing symptoms. She integrates principles of cognitive behavior therapy with various mindfulness techniques. MaryAnn utilizes therapeutic resources to engage clients in establishing and demonstrating strategies to meet treatment goals. She has experience working with CBT, MI, and REBT to provide a new perspective on personal, professional, and other life challenges.
