With 15 years of experience as a school guidance counselor, I have coached and supported adolescents, college students, and their caregivers, helping each individual navigate stress on their journey, and many navigate career shifts and changes in family roles.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can see if we might be a good fit to work together. During our initial session, we’ll start talking about your current challenges and what you hope to achieve. I believe in customizing treatment to meet each person’s unique needs, and I’ll work closely with you to set and reach your goals. Throughout our time together, I’ll support and guide you as you explore and manage stress, helping you adapt to change in a way that feels right for you—whether you’re navigating career shifts, family role changes, school adjustments, or changes with supportive people so you resiliently grow through what you go through.
