The provider is supervised by "STEPHANIE KNOTT". I've worked with a wide and diverse range of clients, from children in school settings to adults and seniors in intensive outpatient clinics. I love being able to provide a safe, judgement-free space for my clients, especially at those times when life can be most overwhelming. My primary experience is with anxiety, depression, and trauma symptoms, though I've also had great opportunity to work with clients on developing coping skills, improving social skills, and strengthening relationships. My goal as your therapist is to help guide you to greater confidence in your own abilities. Every person has the ability to overcome their struggles, and I aim to be a helping hand on that journey.
