As a former collegiate athlete who grew up in the Western Suburbs of Chicago, she understands the pressures and stressors faced not only by athletes but also by young adults and adolescents. Megan has worked with collegiate, high school, middle school, and club sport athletes, as well as those who have ?retired? from their sport and are struggling to find their identity outside of the sport they have been engaged in for so long. Her experience includes focusing on: - Depression - Anxiety - Trauma-informed care - Sports psychology Megan's goal is to help clients gain insight and awareness so they can find and use skills to live the meaningful life they envision for themselves. She graduated from Adler University (formerly The Adler School of Professional Psychology) with a master's degree in counseling psychology and a specialization in sport and health psychology. Megan completed her undergraduate studies at Bowling Green State University, earning a bachelor's degree in psychology. She is licensed in Illinois as a Clinical Professional Counselor.
