Megan earned a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. Life’s unexpected twists can leave you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from who you truly are. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, healing from childhood trauma, struggling with addiction, working through relationship challenges, facing women’s issues, or coping with grief and traumatic losses, these experiences can feel like separate parts of you pulling in different directions. One part may carry deep shame, another may be stuck in self-blame, while yet another part longs for connection and healing. In our time together, I will create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can build a deeper relationship with yourself, fostering growth, self-acceptance, and more meaningful connections with others. Healing is not about fixing what’s broken; it’s about embracing and integrating every part of who you are.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is rooted in attachment-focused healing and informed by parts work through Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and somatic therapies. I believe that all parts of you — even the ones that feel overwhelmed with anxiety and depression — carry important messages and deserve compassion. By helping you build resilience and make meaning from life’s challenges, we’ll work to integrate these parts, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect you with your inner strengths. Whether you’re processing trauma, grief, or navigating difficult life transitions, healing is not about fixing what’s broken — it’s about embracing every part of who you are with greater clarity, self-acceptance, and confidence.
