What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients come to me looking for a therapist that brings relief, insight, and actionable steps for change. Together, we rewire your brain, build coping skills, calm your nervous system, and foster secure, confident attachments—all at your pace, without pressure. Sessions with me are more than just a place to vent & then go home, we create new effective habits. As a Trauma, Attachment, and Relationship therapist, I help you heal unprocessed trauma to become secure and aligned with your values. You can stop losing sleep over unmet needs and guilt from trying to please others—you don't have to face this alone.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our sessions look like utilizing questions to reflect on clear goals, discussing what has worked well and what has not. Then we develop coping skills and tools that are necessary for dealing with everyday stress as well as processing thoughts, beliefs, memories and situations that contribute to mental health symptoms.
