I believe a little bit of kindness and laughter can go a long way. I hold an MA and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor. My areas of specialization include anxiety, ADHD, depression, family relationships, military and veteran support, PTSD, intimate and romantic relationships, sex and intimacy issues, stress, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ support. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer or require remote sessions. In our sessions, I aim to create a warm and supportive environment where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings.
