For the past decade, I have worked with adolescents, Gen Z, millennials, adults, and families in a variety of capacities. I am a board-certified Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Barry University. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, though multiple modalities are interwoven in my work based on your needs. At 360° Therapy, we recognize that every person is unique, and we make every effort to understand all aspects of one’s life to deliver a highly personalized treatment plan that maximizes our chances for success. Before founding 360° Therapy, I honed my counseling skills by working closely with adolescents and their families in various settings, including hospitals, schools, clinics, and non-profit organizations, helping adults and adolescents overcome a variety of thought, behavioral, and emotional disorders. Through counseling, clients can achieve a better quality of life in a strictly confidential and non-judgmental environment. My mission is to provide the guidance and necessary support to help clients develop their inner strengths and effective coping skills to overcome life’s daily challenges and personal struggles.
