I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and have been practicing therapy in Kansas for over 11 years. I am a Christian with a very strong faith in God. I am so honored and blessed to be able to work with individuals to help them navigate through life's transitions and challenges. My work has been primarily focused on working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and relationship struggles. I help them gain tools to better manage life's challenges. I have a passion for helping individuals meet their goals and work towards positive change and acceptance.

What should a new client know about working with you?

With 11 years of experience, I am dedicated to creating a supportive space where clients feel heard, seen, and understood. I believe meaningful growth begins with a strong therapeutic relationship, and I work collaboratively with each client to identify strengths, navigate challenges, and move toward their personal goals with confidence and purpose.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, relevant personal history, and the goals you hope to achieve. This session is also a chance for you to ask questions about the therapeutic process and determine whether we are a good fit. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered as we begin your journey toward growth and healing.
