Treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Solution focused therapy, and other forms of therapy to help each unique individual and their situation(s). Melisa is experienced working with young adults ages 18 and up, is gender affirming and LGBTQIA+ friendly.
Outside of work, Melisa enjoys listening to live music, dancing, arts, and spending time with family members.
