“My work with Melissa has been life changing. She is so intelligent, warm, skillful. I went into therapy knowing I needed help figuring some things out but never imagined that it would be the transformative experience it would be. Together, we’ve changed my “operating system” - that’s my terminology; she would call it healing.
Melissa’s set the bar for what I consider excellent, effective therapy. Having intimate knowledge of my friends’ therapy experiences with other therapists, I consider myself so lucky and thank my own intuition for choosing her and sticking with her.
I wholeheartedly recommend Melissa to anyone who is looking for warm, wise support in coming into their own or making changes in their life. ”

Melissa is patient, warm, incredibly insightful and I felt comfortable right away. She met me where I was and gently pushed me to look crucial aspects of my life that I wouldn't have had the courage to examine had we not worked together. I see a lot of progress and am grateful that she was recommended to me years ago - and that I was ready to take the leap.

I've been seeing Melissa for the last 6 months and she has helped me with navigating my mental health more than any other therapist I've seen. She gives me tools and tricks to manage my anxiety and I never feel embarrassed or talked down to during any of our sessions. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to start therapy, as she has helped facilitate so many breakthroughs for me. I was able to meet with her fairly quickly after having a consultation phone call and have never spent more than ten minutes in the waiting room! I couldn't recommend her enough!
