I believe that everyone faces life changes, relationship struggles, substance abuse, and other mental health challenges, and sometimes finding effective ways to cope can be difficult. I strive to work collaboratively with individuals seeking help to understand these changes and develop personalized strategies for coping. Therapeutically, I approach my work from a humanistic, client-centered perspective. However, I recognize that there is no single method that works for everyone, so I prefer to collaborate with clients to find the approach that best suits their needs, making counseling a successful and meaningful experience. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support clients through diverse challenges.
