Hello! Thanks for reading my bio! I received my Master’s degree from Fordham University. I have been working in the field of clinical social work since 2001 and have experience in a variety of settings. I hope I can provide you with a safe, nurturing space to help you address whatever you are going through! I have treated adults who have dealt with a range of issues, i.e. anxiety, addiction, trauma, relationship and career instability, bereavement and more. Having recently lost someone close to me, I know how important it is to find the right support.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am an empathic, nonjudgmental person who is patient and reliable. I recognize that starting therapy can be scary; I look forward to hearing from you. I am a private practitioner affiliated with local agencies and online platforms, working with adults and couples.

Using eclectic modalities of therapy I can help you understand your thought patterns, beliefs and behaviors in a way that promotes positive change. I’ll be sure to structure sessions just for you and will work with you step by step. After all, the goal is to improve the quality of your life!
