I am here to support you on your journey to healing and understanding. Your mental health is just as important to me as your overall health and my goal is to have you on the road to being your best self.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will complete our initial assessment and get background information as well as discuss treatment goals, time to meet and frequency. After that we will begin working through presenting problems.
