I have over 13 years of experience providing therapy to clients in various settings, including private practice, outpatient, and inpatient environments. I help clients navigate stress and anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, and addictions. My approach I am integrative in my approach to therapy. Client-focused, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, and family systems modalities all inform my work with clients. My journey to mental healthcare By age 9, I sensed I would become a therapist. Though I didn't know the name of the profession then, I admired those who helped others with personal development. In college, I enjoyed psychology, literature/writing, and integrated studies classes, which further shaped my path.
