Hi, I'm Michael-David. I love people, and I love helping people through struggles. I listen with a nonjudgmental, caring heart, knowing we have all struggled in different ways. I would be honored to help guide you to the first and/or next steps in your healing journey. My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in empathy and understanding. I believe that everyone has a unique story, and I am here to listen and support you without judgment. Whether you're dealing with trauma, depression, addictions, compulsions, anxiety, or navigating the complexities of parenting, I am here to help you find your path to healing. I also offer Christian counseling for those who seek to incorporate their faith into their therapeutic journey. I began my counseling career by volunteering on a teen suicide hotline about 28 years ago, and this experience ignited my passion for helping others. I have been fully licensed as a professional counselor for over 14 years, holding an MA and specializing in a wide range of areas including addiction, anger management, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, dissociative disorders, family relationships, grief/bereavement, narcissistic personality disorder, OCD, PTSD, intimate/romantic relationships, spirituality, stress, and trauma.
