Therapy is a team effort-it's us working together on a journey toward healing and finding your inner strength. Together, we will fully understand any issues you're facing so that you can overcome them. We will work to achieve the goals you have in order to get you back on track and onto the right path. I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wayne State University, which equips me to support you effectively throughout this process.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have extensive experience with anxiety/depression/panic disorder. With therapy, time, and hard work, all of these things can be maintained and you can live a happy life. Therapy is a process and change doesn't happen overnight, but clients I have helped have walked away feeling like the shackles of anxiety and depression have been broken.
