Hello! My name is Michael Serene, you can call me Mike, and I have been practicing in the helping profession for over thirty years. I am first and foremost a Professional Listener who looks forward to hearing your story in full confidence, and helping you find ways to achieve peace and contentment in your life. I believe every challenge in life deserves to be heard, and every person deserves support and professional, competent assistance in addressing those challenges. My expertise is in depression, anxiety, stress, and how they relate to life transitions, loneliness, relationships, child and family needs, and the challenges of aging. I have extensive training and experience with mental health, trauma, crisis intervention, child abuse, elder abuse, family conflict, financial crisis, work stress, and stress due to serious health issues. It is my sincere and strong belief that every individual has the power to transform their life and achieve their goals.
