My work ranges from individuals with an extensive trauma history to those facing challenges in the areas of sexuality, family, and body disconnection. I work well with someone who wants to sit with their emotions and learn more about their mind and body connection. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York, Oswego.

What should a new client know about working with you?

If you have been in therapy before or been through the same cycle many times, you may find comfort & safety with me. I will help guide you, in an empathetic space of nonjudgment, to learn a new sense of safety within yourself. The practice will send you an email to complete intake via Simple Practice. The Intake form must be filled out completely prior to your appointment and a credit card must be provided as per the practice’s cancellation policy (cancellations must be made before 24 hours of the appointment). Also, there are no psychiatrists or other providers who prescribe medications at this practice.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Together, with self-compassion, we will create the right individualized therapy plan for you. I am person centered & trauma informed in my approaches, while bringing in solution focused techniques to help break through old patterns, habits, & beliefs. I believe everything you need is inside you. I believe in your infinite potential & innate wisdom and can act as a helpful facilitator & guide. I’m excited to begin our work together and walk along this new journey with you!
