I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, family conflict, parenting challenges, developmental needs, school-related concerns, and major life changes. I also have experience supporting individuals with autism and other developmental differences. What should a new client know about working with you?

“My style is supportive, direct, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I work with clients to understand what is happening in their lives, identify patterns that may be contributing to stress or conflict, and develop practical strategies that fit their individual needs. I use a behavioral, person-centered, culturally responsive, and holistic approach. For children and families, I may also incorporate developmentally appropriate activities, play-based strategies, parent coaching, and collaboration around school-related concerns.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

“Treatment begins with an initial assessment to better understand the client’s concerns, history, strengths, current stressors, and goals for therapy. Together, we identify priorities and develop a treatment plan based on the client’s needs. Ongoing sessions may include talk therapy, behavioral strategies, coping-skill development, emotional regulation work, problem-solving, relationship support, parent coaching, and developmentally appropriate interventions for children. Progress is reviewed over time, and treatment strategies are adjusted as needed.”
