What should a new client know about working with you?
I take a warm, non-judgmental, strengths-based, and collaborative approach rooted in respect and a sense of humor. My goal is to provide a relaxed and encouraging space to connect and explore your emotions and your identity.
I have been trained in a client-centered, culturally sensitive, strength-based, trauma-informed approach to therapy. I aim to help you feel empowered while acknowledging your intersecting identities in our work together. My goal is to truly understand how your unique experiences have shaped who you are today.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I provide individual therapy online and in-person for young adults, teens, and families navigating concerns related to anxiety, depression, issues related to ADHD/ Autism/ neuro-divergence, life transitions, family conflict, school or career-related stress, identity-related matters, perfectionism, self-esteem, people-pleasing, relationships, and friendships.

I am considered an “out-of-network” provider for most insurance PPO plans, which means that our sessions will be my standard rate. I can provide a monthly superbill - this is an itemized receipt of your mental health services that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Many insurance companies provide out-of-network reimbursement once you have met your deductible. I strongly recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to learn what options are available to you. Here is a list of questions to ask your insurance provider to help you gain a better understanding of what it is like to work with an out-of-network provider:
