Mira Brady, MA

Psychotherapist
TX
I provide Cognitive Based Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy to clients in need. I earned my Bachelor's in Biology, my Master's in Counseling, and my Master's in Educational Administration-all from Prairie View A&M University. I have worked in many different settings with clients who feel like they are no longer in control or who lie awake at night playing "what if" scenarios over and over, imagining the worst possible outcome. I am passionate about helping my clients and specialize in women's issues, military families, and youth dealing with anxiety, depression, and ADHD. If this sounds like you, my primary focus is to assist you in taking control of your life and finding the peace you deserve. My goal is to provide a place that is not only supportive but safe, where you can communicate honestly without judgment. While we all come from a variety of backgrounds, races, religions, and sexual orientations, I see only individuals taking the necessary steps to heal. Thank you for considering me as your therapist. Choosing a therapist is very personal, and I urge you to be as judgmental as possible to find the right fit for you. My approach is to work beside you to achieve your personal goals and growth using proven cognitive-based strategies and solution-focused techniques. I believe each person needs to feel heard to heal. I am here to help you heal by listening. You CAN move forward and have a greater quality of life. I value your courage to search for a counselor who can help you with what is concerning you. Your goals will become our GPS destination, and we will work together to navigate to a healthier you. Mira Brady is supervised by Melissa K. Earls.
